Refund & Return Policy
At Bouna Hair, your satisfaction truly matters to us. We take great care in selecting, inspecting, and packaging each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, please review the policy below before placing your order.
1. Hygiene & Safety Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair extensions, wigs, and styling tools are considered final sale. Once an order has been delivered, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, except in the situations described below.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. To help us assist you as quickly as possible, we kindly ask that you provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. To be eligible for a replacement or refund: The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. The issue must be reported within the stated timeframe. Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for: Products that have been used, worn, installed, styled, cut, colored, or altered. Orders placed with an incorrect size, length, or color selected by the customer. Change of mind after purchase. Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Items damaged due to improper use or care
4. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, shipping costs unfortunately cannot be refunded.
5. Refund Processing
When your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
