PostNL – Standard

Shipping Netherlands & Belgium In stock: ordered on a business day before 22:00 → delivered within 2-3 business days

 

Out of stock: delivery within 7–10 business days

 

Europe In stock: 4–7 business days

 

Out of stock: 7-14 business days

Rest of the World In stock: 3–5 business days

 

Out of stock: 2-3 weeks

 

UPS Express (International – excluding NL & BE)

 

Orders for in-stock items are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day.

Shipping Costs Free shipping on orders from €300 within Europe. We are working on making free shipping worldwide.

For orders below €300, standard shipping rates apply:

Netherlands: 6.50 per shipment

 

Belgium: €6.50 per shipment.

International: starting from €15, depending on the destination.

 

For faster delivery outside the Netherlands and Belgium, you may select UPS Express at checkout:

 

Europe: €15

Rest of the world: from €20

 

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing a track & trace link so you can follow your package.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for damage or loss during transit unless there is proven negligence. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage or missing items immediately to both us and PostNL so we can assist you in finding a suitable solution.

 

International Duties & Taxes International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
